Patagonian Lamb

by Angus Cann on February 20, 2023

Patagonian Lamb

Our lamb from Chilean Patagonia comes from animals raised without antibiotics and added hormones. They’re Animal Welfare Certified to Global Animal Partnership’s Level 4, which includes being raised on pasture with no feedlots allowed.

“Patagonia being almost endless, gives us the possibility to have a different variety of climates and soils, different pastures. The pastures we have here allow us to have very few animals per hectare.”
